Cat Sounds

The longer I am with Harry, the more I understand him.

Harry communicates to me primarily in two letters: M’s and R’s.  If he needs me, I get a RAWR!

If he needs me urgently, I get a series of RAWR’s.

If he’s disappointed in me, or if he wants me to go away, I get a MMMMPH.

If he wants to play with me, I get a HAMPH noise when he puts his paws up and play bites or jumps at me.

If he’s happy, then he PURRRSSSSS at me, although that can mean other things too.

You can tell an awful a lot by cat sounds, provided you LISTEN to them.
